TikTok is a social media app that is used by teenagers and adults. It has many filters that people can use to add to their videos. One of the most popular filters is the rotoscope filter. This filter makes videos look like they are hand drawn, similar to cartoons.

In order to remove this filter, you need to press on the three bars in the top right corner of your screen and then go into settings. Under filters and effects, you will find an option for removing rotoscope filter.
